Most logos print well on jute. A few do not, and it is easier to know that before the first mockup than after it. This page covers how we print, what holds on jute, the ink, and the files we need from you.
How your logo is printed
Screen print, in one colour, is our default and the eco choice: ink printed straight onto the cloth. It is what the order form on every product sells. We print on one side or both. Printing both sides adds ₹3 to ₹5 a bag, depending on the bag.
- Screen print: one colour, on jute, juco and cotton canvas.
- DTF, for several colours: on juco and canvas only. It is a printed film pressed onto the bag, so it is not eco, and we do not use it on jute. Order it on WhatsApp.
- Embroidery: thread, on jute, juco and canvas. Quoted per design on WhatsApp.
What prints sharp on jute
Jute is not a smooth cloth. There are small gaps between its threads, and screen-print ink runs into them. So very small text and very thin lines do not come out sharp on jute.
Bold letters and solid shapes hold. Thin strokes and tiny text are the parts that blur. If your logo carries a small tagline, it is the first thing to check on the mockup. Cotton canvas is a smoother cloth, so finer detail holds better there.
One colour, and which one
You choose one of our 15 standard inks in the order form, the one closest to your brand. The instant mockup on the product page shows your logo in that ink.
If you have a brand colour code, add it too. We match it as closely as screen printing on jute allows, from a shade card you send. A shade difference against a code is not treated as a wrong colour. The design proof shows the ink before anything is printed.
The files we need
Upload your logo in the order form as PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD or ZIP, up to 15 MB. The form does not take SVG files, so send those as PDF or EPS. If a file is too large or will not upload, send it on WhatsApp and we attach it to your order.
Mockup first, then print
Ask for the free mockup before you pay. The first digital mockup comes within 24 hours, and each change to the design takes a day or two, depending on your replies.
Want to hold one before the full run? A printed sample with your logo is ₹800. It is credited against the order and leaves within 3 days.
Once we have both your design approval and your payment, the dispatch clock starts.
