Two printing methods: screen printing and DTF

We offer two printing techniques, and we recommend the right one based on your artwork.

Screen printing

Screen printing is our preferred method for logos and designs with 1–3 solid colors. We use water-based inks that bond deeply with the jute fabric, so prints stay sharp through repeated use. Additionally, screen printing is the most economical option at higher quantities, which makes it ideal for corporate bulk orders.

DTF (Direct to Film) printing

DTF printing handles multi-color artwork, gradients, and photographic designs. If your logo has fine detail or many colors, DTF reproduces it accurately on the bag surface. We suggest DTF for premium gifting where design complexity matters more than per-piece cost.

Jute quality measured in TPI — not GSM

Jute fabric quality is measured by TPI (threads per square inch). Higher TPI means tighter weaving, better strength, and a smoother printing surface.

Our standard is 14×15 TPI — quality regular grade. It gives strong fabric, a clean print surface, and years of daily use, which is why it is the grade we supply for corporate gifting, retail, and export orders by default.

Customisation options

Sizes: Any dimension you need — small gift bags, standard shopping totes, or large conference bags. We stitch to your measurements.

Handles: Cotton rope or cotton webbing handles, in lengths suited to hand-carry or shoulder-carry.

Structure: Options include bottom and side gussets, laminated inner lining, zip closures, and inside pockets.

Print area: Single-side or both-side printing. We share a digital mockup before production begins, so you approve exactly what gets printed.

Pricing: Per-piece cost depends on size, TPI, print method, and quantity. As a rule, larger orders bring the per-bag price down significantly. Share your requirement and we send exact pricing within 24 hours.

Delivery: 15–20 working days from artwork approval, shipped anywhere in India and abroad.
