For most models, your bags leave our factory 7 to 14 days after you approve the design and pay; the exact time for each model is on its product page. How long they then take depends on where they are going. Until they reach you, it is our responsibility.
What freight costs
Shipping is charged extra. We do not show a fixed rate because it depends on your location and order size — we find the cheapest reliable route and confirm the exact cost and delivery time before dispatch.
It is charged at actuals. We do not add a margin to freight, and we do not quote a round number that quietly covers us. A thousand bags to Coimbatore and a thousand to Guwahati do not cost the same, so we price the route you actually need.
Bag prices on this site exclude both freight and GST. GST is charged at 5% on bags.
How it reaches you
Four routes, and which one applies depends on where you are:
1 Hyderabad and Secunderabad — to your door
Delivered to your address, whatever the order size. We pick the transport that suits the load, from a bike to a truck.
2 Elsewhere in India — to your nearest transport office
The consignment goes to the transport office closest to you and you collect it from there. This is the cheapest way to move bulk and it is what most customers take. Door delivery can be arranged instead, on request — but be aware it costs more than transport delivery on a bulk order, not less. We quote it so you can decide.
3 Outside India — by the route we agree
Door delivery worldwide. Freight and duties are quoted separately by destination and volume, and we agree the route with you before booking rather than defaulting to the fastest or the cheapest without asking.
4 Collect from the factory — no freight at all
You are welcome to pick the order up yourself. Plot 18/19, next to Bharat Tubes stockyard, Kompally–Bollaram Road, Machabollaram, Secunderabad 500010. There is no freight charge, and you are welcome to look around the floor while you are here.
When it leaves
Dispatch is the day your bags leave our factory. The clock starts when we have both your design approval and your payment — not one of the two. These are calendar days, not working days. The bands below cover most models; a few need longer, and each product page shows the exact time for that model.

How long transit takes
Transit sits on top of dispatch. They are two separate clocks, and adding them together is the only way to get a date for bags in your hands.
Hyderabad and Secunderabad
Same day, to your door.
Rest of Telangana
1 to 2 days.
Andhra Pradesh and the metros
2 to 3 days. Chennai, Mumbai, Vizag, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Tirupati, Nellore, Kurnool, Vijayawada and the rest of Andhra Pradesh.
Rest of India
4 to 10 days.
Outside India
7 to 30 days, depending on the country and the route we agree.
Samples
Samples travel differently from bulk. They come by courier to your door, anywhere — there is no transport office to collect from. Shipping is charged extra: same day in Hyderabad, 2 to 10 days elsewhere in India.
A plain sample is ₹200 and leaves the same day you pay. A printed sample carrying your logo is ₹800 and leaves within 3 days of design approval and payment. The ₹800 comes off your order value when you go ahead.
What you get on dispatch
Once dispatched, you get the transporter name, LR number and their contact details, so you are never chasing a parcel blind. You can call the transporter directly, and so can we.
If a consignment goes astray or arrives damaged, that is ours to chase, not yours. Tell us and we deal with the transporter.
