Begin by registering your account. Select Individual if you don't have GST or a business entity. For business buyers, select B2B to unlock bulk pricing and full customization capabilities. B2B accounts require approval.

Step 2: Define your ideal bag

Browse our bag collection and use the intuitive options to specify your initial requirements. You can configure every detail before requesting the quote.

  1. Choose your preferred size and color
  2. Select the closure type (eg. with zip)
  3. Specify your required quantity
  4. Upload your logo or design files. Supported file types include JPG, PDF, PNG, RAR, ZIP, PSD and HEIF.
  5. Select the expected delivery date

Step 3: Submit Your Custom Bag Ordering Details

In the quote cart, you can review your selections, add multiple products for a single enquiry, and write specific notes for our team. This step is part of our custom bag ordering process to ensure nothing is missed before we prepare your quote.

Step 4: All dialogue, one clear location

Forget messy email chains. All communication regarding your quote — from clarifications by our team to design proofs and updates — happens directly within your dashboard under conversations. This ensures a clear, complete, and time-stamped record of your entire custom bag ordering process.

Step 5: Convert your approved offer into an order

Once all specifications and pricing details are finalized through conversations, our team will issue a formal offer. This is your non-binding quote that clearly itemizes the agreed-upon unit price, quantity, and total value for your final review.

If you're happy with the offer, simply click 'Add to Cart'. This unique step in our custom bag ordering process ensures you only proceed to checkout with a pre-approved and accurate price, eliminating any risk of errors or pricing discrepancies.

Step 6: Complete your order with a secure checkout

From here, the process is familiar. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing and delivery details, and complete your payment through our secure gateway powered by Razorpay. For B2B accounts, a GST invoice is generated automatically.

Step 7: Your order is in production

Once the payment is completed, your order is officially confirmed and moves into our production schedule. We handle all logistics from here, bringing your custom jute bags to life. This is the final step in our end-to-end custom bag ordering process.
