Dispatch depends on quantity, counted from the day we have both your design approval and your payment.

If your logo only exists in another format, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will print cleanly before you commit to anything.

Yes. You approve print placement and colour match on a sample before the full run starts. Nothing goes into production on assumption.

Screen print, in almost every case. It is crisper, it gets cheaper as the quantity grows, and we print it with azo-free eco inks. It is what most logos want.

DTF is for artwork that is multicolour, photographic, or carries gradients screen print cannot hold. It is a plastic film transfer, available on juco and cotton canvas only, and unlike screen print it is not eco - worth knowing if the bag is being bought as the sustainable option.

Embroidery is the third option: your logo stitched in thread, on jute, juco or canvas, for a raised premium finish. It is quoted per design on WhatsApp, since stitch count sets the price.

Two ways. We send a free mockup of your artwork on the bag within 24 hours, which costs you nothing.

If you want to hold the real thing first, we will make a single sample carrying your logo for Rs 800. When you go ahead with a bulk order of Rs 5,000 or more, that Rs 800 comes off it as a one-use code, valid 90 days.

If there is a problem with the stitching, the print or the condition it arrived in, we refund or replace it. No questions asked.

It is also why nothing goes into production until you have approved the design, and why we send a photo and video of the first finished bag before the rest of the run follows it.

Shipping is charged extra. We don't show a fixed rate because it depends on your location and order size - we find the cheapest reliable route and confirm the exact cost and delivery time before dispatch.

In Hyderabad we deliver to your door. Everywhere else in India the consignment goes to the transport office nearest you and you collect it there; door delivery for bulk costs more than transport delivery and is quoted on request.

Once dispatched, you get the transporter name, LR number and their contact details, so you're never chasing a parcel blind.

Yes. Bags are packed for international freight and the documentation is handled end to end.

Yes. The grid above is what we hold as standard. Custom dimensions are produced to order - tell us the size you need and we will confirm whether it is workable and what it costs.

Yes. The plain range is unbranded stock, sold in bulk for resellers and for buyers who print closer to their own market.

Laminated jute is available where the bag will meet moisture. It is the one option here that is not eco, because the lamination is a plastic film.

Unlaminated is the standard, and starched jute sits between the two - a firmer, cleaner finish that is still eco. Tell us where the bags will actually be used and we will say which one you want.
